Maira is a great hearing aid specialist. She clarifies my needs given my work and daily environments and adjusts my hearing aids appropriately. She also speaks clearly and at a volume that I appreciate very much, especially when my hearing aids are being cleaned or adjusted. We have had a long term rapport which helps when she needs to make any adjustments. Friendly staff. They are great about calling to remind you of upcoming appointments. The audiologist is patient and listens to concerns. She goes out of her way to ensure hearing aids are working properly.
Penny is so sweet and works so hard. The roads are a mess and sidewalks. She tries wth everything
