Ebony gives superior customer service. I called three hearing aid businesses in Temple. Hands down, how she responded to my inquiry was superior to the others. I am not a client but I was treated as such. Livingston graciously agreed to service my old Signia aids at fair price! I highly recommend this business.

I have had several wonderful experiences with Livingston Hearing! After testing, I was introduced to pair of hearing aids which would improve my hearing well. While they did, I was used to in the ear models and was not as comfortable as I thought I should be. This did not create any issues at all. I was provided with an in the ear pair to try. This is all before I finalized my purchase as they wanted me to be completely satisfied. Never have I had such care and understanding. Thanks!
