Hearing tests always made me nervous, but Dr. Black put me right at ease! And when I went to get my hearing aids, she was as excited as I was! I feel like family -- reception had my next two appointments set up and offered to change them if they wouldn't work for me. Just thrilled overall!!

I highly recommend this business. The staff were friendly, and Chris, the specialist who took care of me, was excellent. My ears had been bothering me greatly for a week. Severe pressure and constant ringing. Chris fixed both problems in 15 minutes. He removed the ear wax in both ears quickly and painlessly. The cost was very reasonable, and well worth it. My hearing is restored. Thank you, Chris!
