I can’t express how happy we are with the service provided by Lyn. We showed up without an appointment hoping to get some help and Lyn was professional, helpful, very knowledgeable, and it felt that she actually cared about us. She took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything until we understood . It is rare to feel like you matter anymore and she not only made us feel that but we left feeling like we made a new friend!

The audiologist was great and pleasant to talk to. She listened to me and she fixed the hearing aides I had on! Sorry I forgot her name! Thank you for being so kind and understanding!
