Overall these folks are fantastic. I’ve been working with the people here for over a decade. I just bought my second pair of hearing aids from them. My hearing loss is severe and nobody else has been able to help me. They stay on top of my hearing condition and make regular adjustments as needed. Good hearing solutions are not cheap. They did a good job. It took longer than I was initially told to get my hearing aid repaired and returned (two weeks). And it was necessary to call to check its status. But that may have been the fault of the lab where it was sent. They are very helpful and congenial. I hope their business does well.
My 94 year old mother continues to be impressed with the customer service provided by Livingston Hearing Aides. "They are such nice people and they do such good work." She most strongly recommends Livingston Hearing Aides.
