Elizabeth and her team are excellent. She always takes the time to listen and answer my 50 questions! My hearing test revealed some loss compared to last year. She was able to reprogram my existing hearing aids and change the dome type to make up for the loss. This team is not just trying to sell you a product. They really care about you. I wouldn't use anybody else.
Ashley and Elizabeth very friendly and professional. Treatment and procedure clearly explained. Elizabeth answered my questions and gave a plan of care as follow up. Livingston Hearing is a clean cheerful and pleasant office.
I have had hearing aids for 20 years and no experience has been like my experience with Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Garland. Elizabeth will go out of her way to help every single person in every way she can. I have not heard this well since I was a young child. Thank you for everything, Elizabeth!
