Routine maintenance, to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Took a month and a half to get my aid back. Very unprofessional attitude when I inquired as to why it's taking so long. Will never return to this establishment.

This place cold calls phones and pretends to be your established audiology center, by saying things like "it's time for your appointment, you're overdue". My wife was coaxed into making an appointment, thinking it was her established audiologist. I had to call them back and cancel it.
This is a comment from a very dissatisfied customer. Your hearing aids extremely expensive & not good quality. Very shortly after my purchase one had to be sent out for repair. Would not even consider recommending anyone to you.
I have had my appointment delayed five times.l am going to look elseware.
