We visited Living Space and were assisted by Albert. Albert was polite, knowledgable and nice to deal with. Purchased two Herman Miller chairs. Nice shop with lots of high end items. I would definitely recommend shopping here for office chairs and any and all types of furniture.
The Salesman Andy was snooty to say the least. We mentioned we were downsizing and he mentioned that their clientele like big furnitures. But then he asked where we are moving to downsize -- when we said Kerrisdale - he had to ask which one. Why do you need to know??? They judge and profile the people who enter their store.
Beautiful store. Had many ergonomic chairs in the show room, which was what I was looking for. Candice was super patient explaining the features while I took my time and sat on each and fiddled with each adjustment. I was able to find one chair that fits my body well after all, so totally worth the visit.
