The people were unprofessional and rude, I finished my test and she tested it and handed me the copy of my paperwork and said “okay here” and walked away without saying anything else .. I just asked what my results were and she said “were not allowed to tell you, put two and two together obviously ?” like im sorry I didnt know how the process worked .. geez
She performed parental DNA testing for me. She was accommodating and very professional. I highly recommend her.
The owner and me had spoken over the phone to meet for my sons DNA swab. She asked me where she wanted me to meet her so I gave her an address and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the father there to which I answered no. The day of and she showed up at my home when I wasn’t there because I didn’t give her my home address. She also lied to me about not letting the father be there. I've been going here once a week for private pat drug screens since January, and I LOVE these ladies! Not only are they prompt, accurate and honest, but they add a personal touch by being amazingly supportive of my situation the best way they can! I don't dread calling to schedule, or going to take a drug test with them. I highly recommend them!
