We were 4 hours into our trip home to NY when our truck started making a crazy noise. By the time we got to Livingood Equipment it was late in the afternoon, but they not only reassured us that they would have the parts in the morning and that they would work on it first thing, they also drove us to a hotel two exits away because we had to spend the night!
