The lady is some sort of paranoid psycho, or just the lamest person on earth. Just go anywhere else so you will be treated like a normal customer. I was refused service because my friend made me laugh in the middle of message I was leaving for appointment. I explained situation after calling back and she said she found it "very disturbing" and wouldn't accept me. Imagine living your life that way finding laughter that disturbing. terrible way to do business.
Warning - this is a rub & tug place. Therapist touched me inappropriately several times which I suppose what her way of telegraphing that she's willing to offer "more". She leaned to my ear and said "I can do more for more money". I declined, but my one hour massage lasted only 50 minutes and she wasn't very good. Save your money and avoid this place!
