Does not direct bill your insurance company. Very odd for a dentist in 2025 to not direct bill.. Even more odd for them not to tell you before waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, filling out all the intake forms and driving 45km.
I typically tend to be a nervous patient when I go to the dentist but the team at Living Wellness did a great job putting me at ease during my first visit there. The office has a very calming atmosphere and I found all of the staff to be very welcoming. Jolene was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth for me; I’ve only ever had ultrasonic scaling once before and found it quite uncomfortable but not with Jolene! I arrived at Living Wellness today knowing that an exam would show work needing to be done. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 6 years, since having moved to Canada, and to say I am a very nervous patient when it comes to dentists, would be an understatement. However, the staff, the technicians and the Drs. are SO amazing. This was the best experience I’ve had getting a filling. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
Grateful for such a non invasive experience! Dr Varley and assistant are the Best I have had at a holistic dental office. Their gentle approach is exceptional! Well worth my drive from Rocky!
