First time doing acupuncture, and 10/10 would recommend Dr. Raina Chang! The office is very calming, more like a massage therapist vibe. Dr. Raina was very thoughtful with her intake, explaining the process, and answering questions. I went specifically for treatment on a torn hamstring. She focused on my IT band, in areas where it's been quite painful and stiff for 6+ weeks, and I kid you not the next morning I work up to no pain! Had a great experience here. Dr. Chang is very friendly and professional.
Dr. Chang is an amazing acupuncturist. The best I have seen, and I have seen several. She has been able to reduce my pain from sciatica and lower back issues to allow me to return to activities I had not been able to do for quite a while. This is not something that occurs overnight or in a single session, because your body needs time to adjust to the redirection of your energy due to the acupuncture.
