Julianna offered a safe environment and was a wonderful listener. She helped me work through my emotions related to grief and anxiety. She offered common sense advice to try and eat more vegetables, make a plan on where to exercise, and try to reduce naps to help with sleeping at night. She walked with me through the highs and lows of developing coping mechanisms and forming new habits. She pointed out the importance of reaching out and connecting with people.
