Kristy Hall is a wealth of knowledge and her expertise on gut health is expansive. I had no idea my anxiety and high cortisol was affected by my diet and (poor) gut bacteria! After a few months of fixing diet and adding the right supplements, feel like a totally different person and can continue living my best life.

Kristy gets to the root cause and actually solves problems instead of just putting a band-aid on them. I trust her and she is incredibly knowledgeable and effective.

Kristy helped me SO much!! When I came to her, I was having migraines a few times a week. Since meeting with Kristy, I learned what nutritional deficiencies and food sensitivities I have. It has been three months since my last migraine. Kristy is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate.
