This place is for the birds! Management needs to change and so does maintenance.
Don'T trust the pictures! My apt was "reconditioned" but still in need of many repairs! Mgmt said they would take care of everything: just put in a work order, They don't have enough workers to fix all the problems and many repairs have to be farmed out to outside vendors. The company doesn"t like to pay the money so they stall!!! I have been waiting 6 months for my patio door to be replaced! The personnel keeps changing and I keep getting the run a round! Bad company, bad apartments!
