If I could give them zero stars that still wouldn’t be a low enough of a rating. I called this morning and asked what time they closed because the item I rented was defective and she said 4:00pm. I got here at 3:30pm, their “open” sign is still flashing as I type this right outside the store. I live 45 minutes away from here! I left 2 voicemails! What kind of company does this?!! Especially for elderly patients that need items in the afternoon. You really suck living well.
