I wish I could give it zero stars. We paid and yet no one answers the phone and the doctor is never available. So much for "concierge" service. I got the flu and wanted a prescription right away. I left a voice mail, went thru the portal, emailed and I NEVER received a response. This doctor is horrible. I assume she is out of business because the gates are always closed and locked. I guess she went on to scam other people.
I am grateful Dr Livingston listened to me and understood my issues, as well as her NP. They seem to really understand and be empathetic to exactly how you are feeling. It's nice to feel understood and cared about. Highly recommend this practice if you really want to be on the path to feeling better
I prepaid for services with Living Well Family Medicine & Aesthetics, which they stopped offering, however they didn’t communicate that they would stop offering these services. I only learned they no longer offered these services when I tried to book an appointment. No refund was given and I could not get Dr. Livingston to contact me or work out a solution. I lost hundreds of dollars as a result.
Always so helpful and amazing.
