It is absolutely unacceptable that some black hair stylist still have no respect for customer’s time. Consistently I arrived on time for my appointment only to first wait to even get to chair and then put in the traditional dryer wait queue. I hate the overuse of dryer as a means to multitask. My hair takes only 30 minutes to dry but I was placed under the dryer for 1.5 hours as Keeli did the hurry up and wait round robin service.
