Accompanied my mum to her appointment as a new patient. Dr Praveen was amazing, friendly and thorough. Attentive and actively listened to our concerns as a whanau. We are very grateful to have him overseeing our mums care. The other staff were brilliant also. Thank you Living Waters
Not claustraphobic premises, everyone is professional and friendly. I found caslecluff to be better than east. The doctors here understand more, listen more and get things done prompt and dont assume anything.

This outfit is "making money hand over fist". My appointments have barely allowed sufficient time to explain my reason for being there. There is no eye contact and whatever they type is a mystery until later I find it is not accurate which perpetuates in my records. It seems they are afraid of liability because they don't "examine". The staff ask us not to be rude. If they ever answer the phone and you manage to get there, I can understand why - it's so tempting to "tell them a thing or two".
