Great experience to attend Woman Support Group at Living Water Counselling Centre. Learnt the knowledge on plant base diet and how to help ourself on health and mindfulness
very useful. I will try it.
Iris presentation on plant based seminar is very informative and also Alice gestalt theory is very interesting. Highly recommend the woman support group.
I am very grateful for joining the LWCC women support group. It is not only about counseling. I always enjoy the different wellness topics that range from vegetarian benefits to mindfulness practices to communication skills to even learning about acupuncture points in your body. There is a lot of rapport among other women that is founded on voluntary sharing and mutual acceptance.
Avoid at all costs, even if your community centre or church or whatever institution offers sessions with them for free. They are not trained in dealing with any mental health or illness related matter. It’s run by untrained staff (despite their degrees) who cannot recognize signs of abuse or manipulation and instead will side with the abuser and when you want to speak up tell you to be quiet. This applies to both individual and couples counselling.
Living Water Counselling Centre has a 3.5 star rating with 11 reviews.
Living Water Counselling Centre is closed now. It will open on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
