The front staff was kind and attentive, they greeted as soon as I came in. They notified I was struggling with my kids to get them to sit down and put cartoons on for them, they even gave them chips :) I was seen by Carolyn Diaz, she was kind and funny. She listened to everything I said and didn’t once undermine me or make me feel like my concerns were not valid. I never felt so welcomed or heard at a doctor office, can’t wait to see her again. It was such a great experience!!
NP. Diaz was what I’ve been looking for in a medical provider. She actually listens to you and doesn’t just put a bandage on your needs. I’ve have never felt more welcomed in a clinic the way I felt welcome here. Everybody is on the same team here. The compassion and “want” to help you in whatever you are feeling. Amazing. Thank you again and I’m moving my entire family over. The ease of labs and communication is refreshing.
I felt that Carolyn was very thorough in my exam and questions that she asked. There was adequate time taken to answer my questions and concerns and I did not feel rushed or hurried through at any time. I would recommend Livingwater Clinic without hesitation to friends and family. Regina Raney
