My best half and I are fairly new to Visalia. Having moved here required new Primary Doctors. Every Dr office we called turned us away not accepting new patients. Living Water Clinic did accept us both. The staff is amazing and remembers your name, AND a big shout out to Michele Milan Patterson truly caring and works WITH you. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
I’ve been seeing Michelle for the past 7 months. The past 3 months have been absolutely terrible. She has been giving her receptionists and medical assistant messages to me and basically giving me the run around of why she can’t see me that day. They let me book an appt and then the day of give me some bogus reason of why she can’t see me that day. I never leave reviews but I truly feel like this one deserves some attention. Nothing was clear and has left me without my medication that I absolutely need.
Dr Neria is an excellent doctor. He listens carefully to the patient, he takes as much time as necessary to get a full picture of what is going on with the patient. He fully explains the treatment he is recommending. I feel very lucky to have found him.
