I have used several of these products and share them with others. My favorite is the magnesium lotion. I rub it on before bed with an extra dose on the soles of my feet. I scan myself everyday for any supplements I need and magnesium lotion comes up everyday. I like the soak and the beef liver capsules as well. Great products!
