Came in a frantic, post-cross-country move mess and Jules' presence instantly calmed me. Her and her well-curated space soothe the soul. She took the time to listen to my body complaints and attended to each part expertly. Stoked to go back ASAP.

I recommend Arvigo with Temple Healing Arts. I have had hundreds of hours of massage, energy work, therapy. Temple Healing Arts provided me with significant trauma emotional body release with the result of feeling grounded and integrated.
