A truly transformative counselling experience. The quality of training and counselling offered is honestly unparalleled. They are also extremely ethical and thoughtful in their work.
For 3.5 years I went twice a year for 1 year then once a week for 2.5 years. Paying every week. When the councilor was moving to Nova Scotia I asked for my file. I was told by the director my file was with the councilor and she was overseas visiting her family. They showed me an empty file with just my name. They could not supply me an account of my payments, nothing. Finally after months they showed a 1 page letter of my 03.5 years of therapy. It was full of inaccurate details.
