Their company truck hit my parked car after the snow storm, I have it on video and they are denying it and it’s been a month long battle with Fred and their insurance company. At first he refused to give me his insurance information, when he finally gave it to my insurance company he called his company to dispute the claim. I was most satisfied from beginning to end, starting with Taylor and the two installers and the owner coming out to prepare the installers; all were incredible, especially the final product when it was done and completed
