After receiving a recommendation, I was expecting a great experience with living-stone. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The countertop measurements were done wrong twice, and only after I raised an issue, did they agree there was a problem with the measurements. They actually tried to install it wrong hoping I would not notice. Even when the final install was done I had spaces around my cabinets and window 1/8 of an inch wide. This is a kitchen nightmare...an expensive one. . Beyond incompetent and dishonest company! STAY AWAY or you might end up with an eye sore kitchen countertop like ours. We contacted Living stone about our countertop install and particularly the seam that split after less tahn 2 months. After 3-weeks of back and forth with their office, including a visit from their technician who did not want to reset the seam, took a few pictures, sent them to their office and left we have not come to a solution how to fix it. We've used Living Stone for various projects for clients and have never had an issue. Professional company from the first phone call, templating was efficient and accurate every time, and install teams are efficient and thorough. Loads of selection in the warehouse as well. Highly recommend for any project

Had an amazing experience with this company. We chose our stone at Home Depot went to look and it wasn’t what we had thought. They showed us the various stones and we chose the Princess white and are 100% satisfied with it. All went smooth from the company and they took great care to insure the product was installed and complete. Mike was one of the installers and he really knew his work and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Just had our counter tops installed with livingstone . They went above and beyond from the start of the process right until the end . Installers were some of the nicest and most professional people I have personally met . We had an issue ( not in their control) with a cabinet design . They were quick and efficient and making modifications to the design and it turned out even better than originally expected. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
