Furniture looks great. Very disappointed in the quality. Purchased two loveseats and had to have both seat cushion covers replaces for splitting seams. Was told by their service provider who replaced them that there has been an issue with this model and fabric. Recommended that I put in a service request for the other loveseat which were not splitting at the time. I did put in a request a month after the warranty expired and they will not fix the other two. Horrible Experience. Point of reference check their Yelp reviews in the last six months. I took my mother here to purchase furniture for her disability. We discussed pillows and our difficulty finding the correct one. After trying several, we picked one, and the sales rep Lance said he would order 2, one I could have, one had to be ordered. I trusted him and took the one pillow ($179!) home. It was NOT the pillow I tried. Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. The service we got here by their supervisor is horrible. We went for a mattress and a massager, with a full bed set! We put the trust on the supervisor to tell us what we need. During the delivery we found out there is no massager in the bed frame and the mattress lays 3ft off the ground. Now we are forced to keep the bed frame even though it doesn’t have the feature we wanted, 1k lost in a heart beat for putting trust on an incompetent supervisor. I know we all know that customer service as we knew it 20 years ago is dead, but to have witnessed being completely tortured and killed today at Living Spaces made me really sad. If you are out and about to buy furniture at the store in Vista, CA beware of his "manager" Gel and his cashier Thomas.
