Living Spaces sold me a warranty under false pretenses and now they refuse to rectify it. They do not care about their customers and the hard-earned money we spend; they only care about finding ways to get more money out of us. If you're considering buying furniture here... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 5-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is a ploy to get more money out of you. They will lie to you and say that you can use it for anything at anytime, when you in fact cannot. The process was fast and the service rep who helped us with the order was great and detail at explaining everything.
I had an issue with a reclining couch that had just been delivered . Patricia helped with setting up the pickup and I was able to re select sofa and love seat Parker ll I also had made a custom order Bernice helped me with my selection,,they were both pretty patient and Patricia even waived the delivery fee so I wouldn’t be charged again. Great experience
Only store that carried a small fire pit with self-contained large propane tank! April was wonderful to work with (mahalo) and we are pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price.
Isabella was very helpful in helping me find an amazing recliner for a great price. Overall great customer service, highly recommend shopping at living spaces
