This morning I purchased a chest of drawers and a nightstand. They were to deliver this evening. When I got home about five hours later, I found out my HOA will not accept a delivery in the evening or on Sundays, so I called Living Spaces to cancel the delivery. They said I would have to pay a second delivery fee If I want it delivered during week. I wasn't willing to pay a total of $230 to have my dresser delivered. I cancelled the order. Buyer beware! We bought a dining room set that we love in December, we just realized that one of the leafs was warped. Its still till within warranty, however it will cost us $99 just to have someone come take a look and see if it can be fixed. If it can't be fixed it will cost another $99 to have them pick it up and replace it and another $99 to deliver it. Cant understand how if it is defective it would cost us another $300! Not happy!
Horrible!! Bought a bedroom set and 30 days after warranty was up, the knots in the wood started bleedind a horrible rust color. Was basically told nothing they could do since I didnt buy extended warranty. didnt know $3k bought garbage that company wouldnt back. Rude, and didnt return my many emails. At one point they said theyd replace two pieces and to dispose of the headboard/nightstand myself. i did and now noone will return a call or email. I made a claim a few months after I purchased my new dining table set back in 2015 because the chairs/bench have broken and table paint is coming off and I’m still going through the process of getting my replacement or store credit. Living spaces has changed their warranty company because they have had many issues with them. They never told their customers they changed warranty companies. I purchase a sectional sofa and ottoman as well as other items at Living Spaces. I sat on a corner of the ottoman and the internal "strap" seemed to break. The area where my wife and I rested our feet had sunken as well. When I filled out the "warranty" claim form and submitted pictures I was informed I would get a return call. Terrible service! My husband and I purchased a couch less than 6 months ago and it is already falling apart. It was not CHEAP! The service department hung up on us twice and when they did answer they told us to "wait a couple more months to see if it gets worse" Don't waste your money. They are extremely unhelpful. We are so disappointed by the quality of the couch we purchased. Even the parts that are under decretive blankets are shredding. I will never again purchase through this company.
