The service we got here by their supervisor is horrible. We went for a mattress and a massager, with a full bed set! We put the trust on the supervisor to tell us what we need. During the delivery we found out there is no massager in the bed frame and the mattress lays 3ft off the ground. Now we are forced to keep the bed frame even though it doesn’t have the feature we wanted, 1k lost in a heart beat for putting trust on an incompetent supervisor. I know we all know that customer service as we knew it 20 years ago is dead, but to have witnessed being completely tortured and killed today at Living Spaces made me really sad. If you are out and about to buy furniture at the store in Vista, CA beware of his "manager" Gel and his cashier Thomas. I purchased a $1200.mattress (we spent over $6000 at the store) with a “20 year warranty” and after 6 months the mattress caved in. Living Spaces refused to honor the “warranty” . Stay away from Living Spaces and go spend your money elsewhere.
I was supposed to get my sofa before thanksgiving! I was supposed to get my sofa today, then when the driver arrived he said he is not going up stairs. Even though I paid extra for them to get it to my unit and take all the trash as well as assemble
Ordered a couch 3 months ago they said it would take 6-8 weeks at most and now they keep extending the date and are terrible at communicating. We STILL don’t have our couch. Don’t waste your money here.
Went here to buy a bed. The blonde woman was rude. Terrible customer service.
