Awful fully encompassed in one place I haev bought furniture from Living Spaces twice and I have found that the furniture is of a shoddy quality that falls apart at the wink of an eye and that the insurance that you buy through them, Guardian will not cover anything that is claimed. I had witnesses when staples came out of my loveseat recliner foot adn ripped holes int he fabric and they claimed it was pet damage even though my cat is declawed and the damage wopuld only be from a sabre tooth tiger and they refused to repair ... read more

THATS FOR SAVING US FROM LS!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU...EVERYONE!!! We just got back from looking at an expensive leather sofa set at Living Spaces in Irvine (second visit). Also received the talk about adding Guardian protection, etc., to get an extended warranty. Thought it odd that they also tell you that you get a kit to apply the product yourself and have to call in to verify that you did apply it, b/c it might not be totally covered when you receive it. Think twice before buying at Living Spaces Furniture BUYER BEWARE: I bought a Microfiber Sofa & Ottoman from the Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga. When we received the furniture, we found it it had extreme static, it was very uncomfortable trying to sit in it. cant tell you whats wrong I was moving and i needed a new couch so i decided to check this place out. it was a nice place and they had very helpful people. "BUY IT TODAY, ENJOY IT WHENEVER THE HELL WE CHOOSE TO DELIVER IT" I just passed my third missed delivery window. When are they going to deliver the furniture? Who the hell knows.... they certainly don't. Just be advised - they contract out the deliveries, and they use very large trucks, so if your street can't accomodate a semi (mine can't), you're screwed. FORMER EMPLOYEE I worked for Living Spaces for quite a long time and I would recommend that people NEVER, EVER SHOP HERE! I won't even purchase furniture for my home with an employee discount. It is speculated that this store buys "clearance" items from the manufacturers and often items arrived at our warehouse damaged or with missing parts. Living Spaces will give you the run around when you call to report that an item arrived damaged. They want you to give up and not have the item repaired! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE omg! bought a leather chair and other furniture. After 3 weeks notice tear under both arms and release latch not working, called the Irvine store where we got it, cost us $50.00 to have someone to come out to look at it. Omg again they would not replace the chair but sewed up the tears I bought a new chair I don't want it fix I want it replaced. CAPeach Bought a sofa and 2 recliners from this store a year and a half ago with a 5 year warranty. Now that it's broken we've been told we have to ship the big sofa back to their warehouse to get it fixed. UNBELIEVABLE! Either that or pay their repairman to come fix it. Don't ever buy anything from these guys. It's the biggest ripoff and the products we received are junk!
