Wonderful great team here, when i walked in i was completely unaware of what was going on with tests and next steps not only professional but that home personal care one is most obligated to recieve
Had trouble getting a timely appointment for a Audiologist in Red Deer for a severe hearing loss . Contacted Amplifon in Red Deer and they quickly arranged to get me a appointment in their clinic in Wetaskiwin .Was a very good visit from check in to the actual testing by the audiologist Glenn .Testing and verbal follow by Glenn was very good . Highly recommend .
Love the service and when I missed an appointment do to a mental health crisis they were really good about it and i was able to make up the appointment quickly also I was able to help my mother get hearing aids that work for her and it a timely fashion
Glenn was very informative and explained everything to me. Lady at the front was super friendly and very accommodating as I am in a wheelchair. Would recommend
The service was excellent. I received my hearing aids in a very timely manner and could not be happier with the results. The staff have been very professional, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.
