I remember when the LPW reps were PROFESSIONAL. They are rude, call back when they want - IF they call back at all. Now there is a $30 consultation fee that is not credited toward the product. I referred someone and they got EXPIRED HAND-PACKED product. When the rep was told the product was expired she said NO REFUNDS AND SHE IS NOT GOING TO REPLACE IT! WHAT KINDA MESS IS THIS. The employees of this business were so friendly and nice great establishment great business very clean and friendly environment anyone that i know thats trying to lose weight i will send them LPW. way no hesitations no questions asked. Keep up the great work yall you guys are doing an awesome job
