I purchased the Living Proof ******************* 45 mL. It is runny and is more like a face cream than a serum. The product if defective. I tried calling customer service several times and their voicemails are full and cannot accept messages. They initially send me an email confirming the receipt of my concern but there was no follow-up email. Extremely poor customer service! I am apprehensive to buy any products from them again.

I made a purchase Nov 27th. On Dec 6th I noticed I had put the wrong house number on order. I messaged them on website and they said they will let distribution know. The next day my package was shipped without correction. I msgd them again they said I could contact t DHL to see if they could correct matter.
