Very helpful
The review stating "dead on the inside" describes the customer service is very accurate. My furniture was as described, unfortunately though I had to wait just under 18 weeks to get it! The customer service/communication (if you can call it that) during this time was non existent unless initiated by me, although that didn't guarantee a response either! Be warned, go elsewhere .
My husband and I love visiting Michael and now Daniel at Living on the Outside,Caloundra. We have been clients of Michael’s for several years and appreciate his 5 star service that accompanies every purchase we make. We especially love our patio umbrella and when we have company over they always remark about it. Michael took the time to help us coordinate the umbrella so it could rotate and function as cover for our pool and outdoor table setting. The rotating lazy susan also is a huge hit at happy hour. I finally found somewhere on the Sunshine Coast where the service was great and no body tried to talk me into buying something I didn't want. Michael at Living On The Outside in Caloundra helped us decide on an outdoor package that included some lounge, dining and pool furniture. All matching and we can add more to it later on down the track. We got home last night to find our cushions in the rain, so we put them under cover and found them all completely dry this morning.
