I reached out to a number of agencies in the area and Nikita got in contact the quickest. By 10am the next day, she had come over and seen my place, given an appraisal of the area and what I could expect to receive in rent and by the week after she had organised photos of the place and it was on the market. Had a tenant by the week after that. Responsive, efficient and approachable - couldn't recommend her enough. I sought out Nikita as I wanted an agent who is focussed on leasing and not selling properties. I have found her service to be very good. She communicates clearly and has the attention to detail that I expect. In an industry with poor levels of customer service it’s good to meet someone who takes pride in her work and does things right.
