I haven’t had a very good experience at all. When I first spoke to them both my daughter and I thought they would be good. However, the experience since then has been anything but good. I’ve had to call several times for them to do something for me on several occasions. The latest let down is because I let them know I was changing companies. The team is so wonderful to work along side, everyone puts in effort and works together collaboratively. Everyone is focused and dedicated to our service users. It has been a wonderful journey so far and I look forward to continuing this journey.
When I was allocated my Aged Care package I was confused on where to go and what to do, after a few mishaps I finally found an incredible service, I am now a client of Living Made Easy, The services I receive from LME is exceptional, the staff treat you like family while still maintaining the professionalism you would expect. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a caring and professional service provider.
