I had worked with the Living Loving Team before, so it was a no-brainer to go with them again. Always happy with the work they do and very much appreciate the help with staging as well as their willingness to be present for appointments when I was unable to be home. I have now used Kaitlin Brennan with the Living Loving Team to purchase my home in Wesley Chapel 6 years ago and then again this year to sell my home. She and the rest of the team are nothing but professional and authentic. My house closed quickly and seamlessly. I know there are a LOT of factors in selling a house, but I believe they deserve a good chunk of the credit for the smooth process. Would definitely recommend them!
