I had a massage last Saturday afternoon- massage was at 4pm and everything felt rushed the whole time once I left I realized they closed at 5 and I did feel rushed out of the door. I don’t even know who gave me my massage because it was never said to me when I was called back for my service. I asked for light to medium pressure and it was very heavy handed- even after asking for lighter pressure. So I scheduled my husband a much needed massage. They call the day of to reschedule. So he rescheduled for a week out and on our way in day of 1/2 before the scheduled appointment they call to reschedule again. So needless to say not going here. YOU DID NOT OFFER TO ACCOMADATE LATER THAT DAY. I CALLED AND ASKED AFTER MY HUSBAND HUNG UP TO SEE IF ANYONE COULD SEE HIM THAT DAY AND WAS TOLD NO. I WAS OFFERED A DISCOUNT FOR A LATER DAY. UNACCEPTABLE
