My sister in law is there.She has been a resident there fora few months.I talk to her several times a day. I will try to call the office especially late 2nd shift and 3rd shift it goes to voice-mail She will be laying in bed yelling and yelling for staff they don't come.When they do come it is right in and out they don't give her enough time to get out what she needs. She cannot get out of bed without help. She cannot move without help. Her room is a mess After dinner and 3rd shift their are only two staff for 18 residents. ... read more
