If you are lucky, you will get Tim Smith as your real estate agent. My wife and I bought our new house through him, and could not be happier. He is extremely patient, and did not apply pressure in any form. He went out of his way in helping us purchase the home from overseas. If you want a trustworthy, easy to work with, understanding agent who will bend over backwards to get the home you want Tim Smith is the one for you!
