BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!! Applied with this company for a unit at rosewood apts back in March for a June unit. they took our fees and ran our credit. We wanted to secure the June asap but they said they couldn’t do it that far out, and that we had to wait at least 2 weeks prior. Once it got closer I reached out again and then ghosted us and haven’t heard back since. Worst rental compay ever. If I were you I would stay away from this company. They do not care for there tenants. There are there to just take your money. Especially upon move out. They keep your deposit and make up frivolous charges to justify it.
