In the winter of 2025-26, I was very sick from chronic autoimmune conditions, even though I was on standard drugs for treatment. The symptoms were debilitating. I have been under Dr Stef’s care for about 7 months, and the fatigue, brainfog, rashes, etc are in remission. I am human again. Side benefit - as the inflammation subsided, I lost 25 lbs so far and am back to a normal BMI. I can’t say enough about how the entire team at Living Health has helped me!
I had an appointment with Dr. Steph yesterday afternoon virtually we discussed my options for parasite medication and solutions for my sleep problems and I have made an appointment with a Neurologist to discuss my sleep problems and will forward any test results to her office.I have lost much weight and my A1C has lowered and I’m happy with my results but still looking for improvements
