RecommendedThis was amazing! Seaweed/peppermint body wrap and a full body deep tissue massage. Professional, kind, and skilled staff. The ambience was set for comfort and relaxation. A hidden jewel in Memphis ❤️. And did I mention they took care of 6 of my family members? 🤩
I had a 90 minute massage and a 30 minute hand therapy. I was not late I told them I had a Groupon. They had me show them my Groupon upon arrival which they clicked. My massage ended up being 50 minutes and the hand treatment was 20 minutes. When I put my review in Groupon their response I must have been late... no I was not. And I booked only an hour??? I booked with my Groupon you saw my Groupon that stated 90 minutes! Don’t blame the customer, acknowledge you made a mistake and apologize would have been a better response.... read more

Today I selected to book with Living Health Spa other than my normal company. My masseuse was Anna, whom was awesome! Anna had such a wonderful personality. She hit every ache in my body today.Anna was attentive enough to make certain I was comfortable while receiving my massage. I recommended anyone interested in booking to book a session with Anna.
I went today for a massage and hand therapy. Everyone was very nice. Nash did an excellent job. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He stretched all of my limbs and the massage was exactly the type I needed. I didn't realize I was so tensed. I left feeling 10 times better. I will come back for another message and hand treatment.
Refused to honor Groupon. He stated that I should have read the fine print so I did, thinking I very well could have missed it. Nope!!! I didn’t. No where on Groupon or their website does it restrict Groupons or gift certificates to Mon-Thur only. He refused to honor the 4 Groupons we purchased just yesterday. Not my fault this wasn’t noted but all he could tell me was that it wasn’t his problem and he would not honor and to call Groupon and see if I could get a refund. Your loss buddy!!!!
My husband and I got a couples massage for our Anniversary yesterday. What a wonderful experience we had at Living Health Day Spa. Chrissie and David were so kind. We are looking forward to going back for the sound relaxation. I also bought some of the most amazing almond hand scrub. Thank you so much for adding to our our great book of memories.
