Chiropractors generally get a bad reputation just by not being considered real doctors. But it certainly doesn’t help their reputational cause by not returning calls from potential customers. I called two times in a little more than a week, left messages to return my call with no acknowledgement. Thats bad business! I have not personally visited this chiropractor; however, it is important to note that they do not accept health insurance directly. Patients are required to pay upfront and submit the necessary paperwork to their insurance company afterward to determine coverage. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and unfortunately, this chiropractor is not within our network of covered providers, meaning we would not be reimbursed. Dr. Celina is so gracious and informative and I love her holistic approach to wellness! I met her when I was at a speaking engagement and was so anxious.. literally within minutes of her putting ear seeds on me, all my nervous symptoms went away!! It was so crazy!!
