Prior to your visit, our Rinnai gas heater was working perfectly. We engaged Living Gas company to perform a professional service because my wife, who suffers from asthma, required the unit to be properly cleaned. Chris installed a brand new gas top for us. Sadly a few weeks later, one of the gas hob keeps turning off after working for a few seconds. I called, send a text, emailed Chris multiple times over a month no one ever came back to me. I am so disappointed that Chris ignored my multiple attempts to resolve this issue. Terrible post sale customer service.
I feel the need to agree with the most recent review from Lucy as I am in the exact same position. I have a Realflame fireplace that was fixed by Chris and his team in 2024. After a while it didn't work and after repeated calls Chris finally answered after at least a month and someone came out and replaced a part. I don't like to leave bad reviews publicly but in this instance I feel the need to as it concerns my parents, who are in their late seventies, and haven't had a working fireplace for the past two months (in winter). The Living Gas technician who serviced their fireplace was very pleasant. However, despite the installation of an expensive new part, within days of that visit the fireplace failed to work. Chris is very knowledgeable and reliable. he has serviced several Gas heaters for me , and recently sold me a reasonably priced second-hand replacement which he delivered and installed free.
