I went to try and find out what this place calls a chicken and waffle sandwich. I have been trying more and more places locally and in other states of their Chicken and Waffles. This is the first time I've heard it said it's a chicken waffle sandwich and also it is the first time I've heard the waffles described as caramelized sugar pearls inside the waffle.
