What a wonderful experience. The staff is so committed to ensure each participant has success with their goals. This is a Detox raw food program. I did the 21 Day Boot Camp. It covers which foods to begin with for the best results. It includes several recipes complete with demonstrations. It also covers stress relief, effective movement, the use of essential oils, and mindfulness. Also at the center were modalities including a Chi machine and Red Light therapy. I highly recommend Living Foods.
All they care about is $$$$$. Don't be fooled.
The Living Foods Institute is a wonderful place. If you are looking to improve your mind, body, and soul for the rest of your life please attend and you will be blessed.
I took the 10 days detoxification. I really enjoyed. I learned a lot from the LFI. They raw living foods recipes are amazing! I felt great just 3 days after i started the program. The team from LFI are so knowledgeable and fabulous!😀
