Very rude staff someone should tell them people know when your talking about them and making rude comments about them. People have Ears!!!!!
Great selection
We went in to buy a carpet for our lounge,we saw one we liked for $200,, They said the one they had could not be sold as it was a show one as they did not have any in stock, we got told to go to another store can’t you order one in ? No . There lost ,we went across the road and got the same at Perth Flooring House.
Been to this store several times and not once has the staff taken the time to say hello or even acknowledge you... Shame on them... No customer values what so ever
I went to buy $120 mirror asked sales assistant to carry it to car as I had a sore arm and she refused to carry to car as it was not company policy. I was tempted to walkout and not buy mirror. I never met someone so rude and not get a sale.So much for customer service.
