This place is still a scam. They charged me $10 fuel Sir charge on my load of material that I brought to them , not a delivery . Not to mention they are still double the price of any other brush dump in the area. The $10. I guess we’ll get the guy 2 gallons of diesel so he can sit in the air-conditioning. Still a scam.

What a rip off. The guy in the office charged over $140 for a cubic yard. I had no idea about bulk pricing but apparently someone told me they charged me almost DOUBLE the normal price of the soil. Lost a seasonal customer.

4/9 Edit: Living earth Plano has amazing customer service and called me personally to discuss the quality of my compost that was delivered. It sounds like this is not the norm for them in terms of quality of compost, and based off the other reviews I am confident in that as well. I spoke with Mr. Ortiz, and he 100% made it right for me. It's been a while since I've received great customer service like this! I ordered 10 cubic yards of "organic" compost. Delivery was great and they did make time for me in the week, so I will give them that. But the compost itself if FILLED with trash. Plastic bags, bottle caps, cigrette pieces, metal pieces, food wrappers, and so much other plastic..... Very very disappointed.
