4/9 Edit: Living earth Plano has amazing customer service and called me personally to discuss the quality of my compost that was delivered. It sounds like this is not the norm for them in terms of quality of compost, and based off the other reviews I am confident in that as well. I spoke with Mr. Ortiz, and he 100% made it right for me. I ordered 10 cubic yards of "organic" compost. Delivery was great and they did make time for me in the week, so I will give them that. But the compost itself if FILLED with trash. Plastic bags, bottle caps, cigrette pieces, metal pieces, food wrappers, and so much other plastic..... Very very disappointed.
Started getting my mulch and compost here with great results. The guys in the office are really helpful, but be aware it’s not like a “store” where you can shop around. They have some samples of the different mediums and you just pay and swing your car around to pick it up.

Great experience buying mixed soil for the lawn. Folks explained the products and prices over the phone with me in great details, and confirmed one more time when I'm onsite, showed me the sample before the order. Prices also favorable compare to buying it direct retail. Driver delivered on time and courteous, soil quality is as sample shown, so overall I'm happy with the entire process.
